°®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ Symphony Orchestra | Saturday, October 20 at 7:30 p.m.
For their first concert of the year, the °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ Symphony Orchestra will perform Georges Bizet’s Petite Suite, Manuel De Falla’s Suite No. 1 from The Three-Cornered Hat, the Symphony No. 8 of Franz Schubert (“Unfinished’) and Danzon No. 2 by Arturo Marquez. Violinist Marcia Henry Liebenow and pianist Andrea Molina are set to present a faculty recital that is free and open to the public. The program will feature the following works: Sonata in G Major, K. 301 by W. A. Mozart, Three Romances, Op. 22 by Clara Schumann, Five Madrigal Stanzas by Czechoslovakian composer Bohuslav Martinu and Sonata No. 2 in G, Op. 13 by Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg.
