String Chamber Music Concert will be presented December 5.

The String Chamber Music Concert featuring student ensembles from the Department of Music at °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ will be presented Saturday, December 5 at 3:00 pm in Dingeldine Music Center. The recital is free and open to the public.
The recital will feature a string quintet, a quartet and a duo. Works being performed include Franz Joseph Haydn Quartet in D Minor, Op. 72, No. 2 “Quinten”, Felix Mendelssohn Quintet No. 2 in B-Flat Major, Op. 87, and String Quartet No. 1 in G Minor, Op. 27 by Edvard Grieg.
Performing in the recital are violinists Hannah Gudeman, Julie Haring, Kayla Michaels, and Molly Wilson; violists Natasha Alley, Lindsay Kozlowski, and Amber McGhee; and cellists Billy Akers and Mikaela Hawkins.
The chamber music ensembles are coached by Marcia Henry Liebenow, who is the professor of Violin, Viola, and Chamber Music at °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ and Concertmaster of the Peoria Symphony Orchestra. Please call 677-2602 for more information.
