The Illinois Small Business Development Center at °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ will offer a workshop, Starting a Business in Illinois, on Tuesday, November 8, from 3 to 6 p.m. The workshop, co-sponsored by the Morton Community Bank, will take place at the PeoriaNEXT Innovation Center, located at 801 West
