National Eating Disorders Association Walk
The 4th annual Peoria National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) Walk, sponsored by The Body Project, will take place tomorrow at °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ.

The 4th annual Peoria National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) Walk, sponsored by The Body Project, will take place tomorrow on °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ’s Alumni Quad. Participants can register online or at the walk on the day of the event. There’s no registration fee; participants are asked to donate what they can or ask friends and family to sponsor.
At 9:30 a.m., a short ceremony will take place. Roughly 20 minutes later, the walk will begin.
According to , “NEDA Walks are inspirational, community-building events where passionate walkers raise money to fund eating disorders education, prevention, and support, as well as advocacy and research initiatives.” Additionally, “NEDA Walks create a safe and supportive space where no one will feel alone in their battle. Everybody knows somebody who’s been affected by an eating disorder – so everybody is invited to walk with us!”
