°®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ’s Dec. Commencement to Take Place This Saturday
For the first time since 2019, °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ will host its traditional in-person, indoor winter commencement ceremony.

Saturday, Dec. 18, will be an exciting day on °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ’s campus. For the first time since 2019, °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ will host its traditional in-person, indoor winter commencement ceremony. Nearly 400 graduating undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to graduate this weekend. The ceremony will also include °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ’s very first cohort of doctor of education candidates.
Graduating student Casandra Torres will deliver the student address while Katie McGinn Berger, alumni association president, and 2008 and 2011 °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ graduate, will deliver the alumni remarks.
The ceremony will begin in the Renaissance Coliseum at 9:30 a.m. Doors open at 8 a.m. The estimated completion time of commencement is 11:30 a.m.
If you are in the area during this time, you will notice an increase in pedestrians and should anticipate traffic delays. Additionally, please note, N Haussler Lane will be reserved for VIP parking starting Friday.
