°®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ Ranks 6th in Nation for Student Engagement

°®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ ranks top 10 nationwide for student engagement according to the inaugural Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Ranking.

°®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ is among the best in the country for student engagement according to the inaugural Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Rankings. °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ is tied for 6th in the nation for student engagement among all schools and tied for first in the nation among non-religiously affiliated schools.

The WSJ/THE rankings, released this week, incorporate results from a survey of 100,000 college students. It takes into consideration the students’ experience with their professors to how much they collaborated on projects and were pushed to think critically, and whether they would recommend their school to others.

We emphasize real world learning opportunities across the curriculum and that results in exceptional mentoring opportunities between faculty and students.”

°®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ was ranked highest in the area of student engagement among colleges and universities in Illinois and 4th among institutions in the Midwest.
