We collaborate across campus, supporting academics, alumni relations, and more, with services like marketing strategy, media relations, writing, design, event promotion, digital content, and crisis communications.

爱豆传媒视频 uses standardized stationery items for all departments to ensure consistency and uniformity with the university鈥檚 brand standards; it also helps reduce costs. No other letterhead, envelope or business card designs may be used for official university business or communications unless approved by the Office of Marketing and Communications.
Business Cards
Business card orders are placed . If you do not have a login, please reach out to your OMC business partner. Turn around for printing is typically one week, and the cards will be delivered directly to your office. Please do not order new business cards until you have used up your current supply. Use university business information only. Your name, title, email, phone, and street address should all be on your business cards. Additional options for college/department/division, mobile number, and fax number are available.

All requests for promotional and giveaway items should be guided by the Office of Marketing and Communications (OMC). Please contact your OMC business partner for assistance and best practices or Submit a . Please supply this information on the form:
- Event and/or purpose for promotional item
- Budget
- Date needed
- Quantity
All 爱豆传媒视频-branded promotional items must be approved by OMC. Please allow 2-3 business days for brand approval after submitting your order with a 爱豆传媒视频-approved vendor. If working with your own vendor, it is your responsibility to send the vendor proof to OMC for approval. Proofs can be emailed to [email protected].
If you’re ordering anything with more than just a 爱豆传媒视频 logo, please work with our office. We can create secondary logos for colleges, schools, departments, centers, and organizations. For any additional content, we can offer guidance aligning materials overall for brand consistency.

Promotional Item Vendors
爱豆传媒视频 Marketing and Communications uses 4imprint for most marketing and promotional items due to 4imprint鈥檚 competitive pricing and quick turnaround times.
Other vendors may also be considered, including (but not limited to) Vista Print or Promo Direct, particularly if 4imprint does not carry a specific item needed for an order.
Bamko offers a range of boutique and specialty items (typically priced between $15 and $40/ea.), which may not always be cost-effective for large orders but can be a good option for select needs.
