I. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to document the permitted storage locations for data and information related to the business of °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ.

II. Description

Data related to the business of °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ MUST be stored on °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ-owned devices, °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ-authorized cloud storage, or °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ employee-owned devices when used for °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ-related work (e.g. mobile phones). Data centers and cloud storage storing °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ data MUST be physically located in the United States.

III. Scope

This policy pertains to all devices, physical storage, and cloud storage containing °®¶¹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ data.
